First meeting is the only album from the short lived british jazz rock septet trifle founded by singer george bean which also included trumpeter dick cuthell saxophonist barrie martin keyboardist alan fealdman guitarist john hitchen bassist patrick king and drummer chico greenwood. Trifle were a one off british horn rock outfit that recorded for dawn records. Jazz rock psychedelic rock prog rock. The group folded shortly after this album was recorded as a result of the tragic death of its leader.

A release packaged in a jewel case with clear tray and 12 page booklet. The band featured two reed players as well as organ and guitar. Vinyl lp album reissue country. It looks similar to another unofficial first meeting but with the different matrix string and without sid codes.
